Private Tutoring:
Private tutoring can be highly effective at supporting children and young people to reach their academic potential. Research by the Education Endowment Foundation (2021) has found that pupils undertaking private tutoring make an average of four to six months additional progress each year.

We offer one-to-one and group tuition in Weston-super-Mare, led by a qualified teacher.​
Individual Tuition:
Individual lessons are currently charged at £25 per hour.

Tuition is available up to GCSE level in the following subjects:
*Please note that private tuition is not offered for children below Year 3 age.
mathematics
From early number sense and fact fluency, to foundation or higher level GCSE exam preparation.
english
From learning to read and write, to literature and language GCSE exam preparation.
science
Including GCSE exam preparation for biology, chemistry and physics.
geography
Including GCSE exam preparation for physical and human geography.
Small Group Tuition:
Group lessons are currently charged at £5 per person, per hour.

Keep your GCSE English up to date over the summer, giving you an advantage moving towards exam season. This group focuses on analysis and writing skills which are vital for both language and literature exams.
Wednesdays (23/7 - 27/8)

Suitable for students preparing to sit GCSE English exams in the next year.
Maths Revision Group
Keep your GCSE maths knowledge up to date over the summer, giving you an advantage moving towards exam season. This group supports students to identify and address their individual weaknesses and develop vital problem solving skills.
Thursdays (24/7 - 28/8)
11:30 - 12:30 (1 hour)
Suitable for students preparing to sit GCSE maths exams in the next year.
Study Skills for GCSE
During this session, students will be supported in planning their GCSE exam revision. This will include: creating revision timetables; developing effective revision strategies; and refining exam technique.
